By using this service and completing an order, the customer accepts and agrees to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping Terms, and Exchanges and Returns Policy.

All our products are lightly sprayed with an Arabic-scented perfume and are non-refundable. If you wish to receive your order without any scent, please mention it clearly in the order instruction box at checkout.

Refunds and Cancellations

Esme Abaya reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for all orders. Only products damaged during shipment may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a fault or damage, a claim must be submitted via email to esmeqatar@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

Esme Abaya also reserves the right to cancel any order placed on our website at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange ready-to-wear items if the desired size is available in stock. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Exchange processing will depend on item availability and production capacity, and requests must be submitted via the following link:

Note: An exchange is only confirmed once you receive an official email confirmation stating that the requested item is in stock. Simply submitting the request does not guarantee availability.

Exchange Policy Summary:

48 hours of receiving your order via email at esmeqatar@gmail.com.

Qatar are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the original item and the shipping fee to send the new item.

Important Notes:

Including size alterations, length adjustments, added buttons, or other personalized modifications — are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange items up to two times per order. After the second exchange, we cannot accept further requests.

Sale or with a discount code are not eligible for free exchange. Customers must pay the price difference for the new item.

Lower price, the price difference is non-refundable.
